When we judge a person, we are likely to think about whether he or she is keeping promises, the person who always keeps his promises is popular, people around him are willing to make friends with him. So keeping promises is very important, we should never break our promises, or we will be abandoned by others. First, we should never late for meeting or date. When we make a deal with others to meet at some places, we shall be there in time or earlier, it is rude to be late and let others wait for a long time. I hate my friends late for meeting, though they have reasons, they could have been here in advance. Second, we’d better think twice before making a promise, if we promise people, it means we have ability to finish it, people are hold great hope on us, if we fail, how disappoint it is. So we should measure ourselves before we making a promise.
当我们判断一个人的时候，我们倾向于考虑他或者她是否信守承诺，守承诺的人受欢迎，周围的.人都喜欢和他做朋友。所以受承诺很重要，我们不要违背我们的诺言，不然会被大家遗弃。第一，我们永远都不要在开会和约会时迟到。当我们和别人相约见面时，应该准时到达或者提前到达，迟到和让别人长时间等待是很无礼的。我不喜欢我的朋友开会迟到，虽然他们有各种理由，但是他们本可以提前到。第二，在许下诺言前我们要三思，如果我们答应了他人，这意味着我们有能力去完成，人们对我们有很大的期望，如果我们失败了，这么失望啊。因此我们在许诺前要衡量自己。

Though you are angry, there is nothing you can do. As a consumer, we need to protect our rights, when we find the products are not conformed with specifications, we have the right to ask for compensation. The consumers’ rights are legal and protected by the laws, March 15 is International Day for Consumers’ Rights and Interests, it pays special attention to the consumers, it reminds consumers of their rights. If consumers find the shops are cheating customers, they can call the police and protect their rights. So when we buy products, we need to have the conscious that our consumers’ rights are protected by law.
我猜你们大部分人都遇到过这样的情况，当你去逛街买东西，买下产品后才发现产品有问题，你想要经理赔偿你，但是经理断然拒绝。虽然你很生气，但是你也不能做什么。作为一名消费者，我们需要维护我们的权益，当我们发现产品和说明书不符合时，我们有权利要求赔偿。消费者的.权利是合法的，并且受到法律的保护。3月15号是国际消费者权益日，它关注消费者，提醒消费者他们的权益。如果消费者发现商店在欺骗顾客，他们可以报警，维护自己的权利。所以当我们买产品时，必须要意识到消费者的权利是受到法律保护的。

When we are small, we met this situation all the time, while our parents were talking to their friends, suddenly they called us to show our talent in front of their friends. This is very awkward situation to every child, they hate to show in front of parents’ friends, but they can’t resist what the parents tell them to do. The parents’ purpose is so obvious, they want to show off their children to their friends,
so they can have face. All the parents ignore the negative effect on their children, all the children hate to do it, they have their dignity, they don’t like to be someone’s toy, so the children will become rebel. Parents should not take their children as the thing to show off, they will have pressure, they need to be respected. It hurts the children’s hearts, parents should show more respect to their children, let them have more freedom.
当我们小的时候，我们会不断遇到这样的情形，当我们的父母和朋友聊天的时候，突然间他们叫我们在他们的朋友面前表演才艺。这对每个孩子来说是很尴尬的情形，他们讨厌在父母的朋友面前表演，但是又不能抵抗父母叫他们做的。父母的目的很明显，他们想要在他们的朋友面前炫耀孩子，因此他们会有面子。所有的父母都忽视了对孩子造成的.消极影响，他们不想要成为某人的玩具，所以孩子会变得反叛。父母不应该把孩子当成炫耀的资本，他们会有压力，需要被尊重。这伤害了孩子的心灵，父母应该多尊重孩子，让他们有更多的自由。
