　　三、实习内容及过程

　　实习内容主要包括听课、备课、试讲、答疑及批改作业四部分。在本次实习

　　中，根据初中生英语学习的情况，结合自己的专业知识，认真钻研所实习学科的教学大纲,新课程标准和课程内容，听取原任课教师讲课并认真做好听课和评议的记录、在指导教师指点下，进行备课并尝试性讲课，同时，帮助老师批改作业，回答学生问题。

　　四、实习总结及体会

　　大学生活即将结束，我也即将步入社会。为了给将来打下坚实的基础，今年的3月1日，怀着期盼和喜悦的心情，我来到了自己的母校，开始了为期七周的实习生活。

　　七周的实习生活，让我尝到了身为一名教师的甜酸苦辣，更让我体会到一名教师肩负的责任。在这几十天里，作为一名实习教师，我一直以教师身份严格要求自己，处处注意言行和仪表，热心爱护实习学校和班级的学生，本着对学生负责的态度尽全力做好班主任工作;同时，作为实习生的一员，我一直紧记实习守则，遵守实习学校的规章制度，尊重实习学校的领导和老师，虚心听取他们的意见，并和队友们团结协作，完成实习学校布置的任务。下面就我的实习工作情况进行详细总结：

　　1.听课

　　听课是教师的一项必不可少的、经常性的职责与任务。听课有利于教学者之间相互学习，相互取长补短，共同提高，共同前进，有利于转变教学思想，更新教学观念，提高教学水平，提高教学质量。在试讲前的听课，是必不可少的一个过程。在此过程中，可以了解到什么样的教学形式，教学风格利于学生吸收。在实习期间，我就初一、初二、初三有选择性的听了五位老师共五堂课。在听课的过程中，我让自己进入到“学生”的角色，从学生角度，按学生水平去听课，并思考如果我就是学生那种认识能力和理解能力，我能否听得懂，学得会。站在学生的立场去理解课堂。同时，我也让自己进入到“教学者”的角色，思考，如果让我来上一堂课，我该怎么做。将讲课者的教法与自己的构思进行比较，从中找到自己欠缺之处。从这些老师的`课堂中，我了解到了目前英语教科书的形式与特色，学生的基本情况，各个老师的教学风格特色，为自己的试讲做好准备。

　　2．备课

　　充分备课是上好课的前提，提高课堂教学质量和效果，首先要抓好备课这一环。教学实践表明，教师在备课上所花工夫的多少直接影响授课的质量。备课作为教师课前准备的过程，亦是教师提高知识水平和教学能力、总结教学经验的过程。在备课之前，我请教了办公室的几位老师如何备课，并学习了他们的备课记录本。之后，我仔细思考了教科书的组织，在脑中构思一堂课的过程，初步完成了我的教案。在我的指导老师看过之后，我们一起改进了其中较为欠缺之处。我的第一份教案在经过多次修改之后终于通过。此后我又写过五份教案，每份教案都经指导老师检查后我才运用到实际教学中。

　　我深切体验到设计教案是一件很辛苦的事，耗体力也耗脑力，同时也是一件颇艺术的工作。经过良久的冥思苦想，忽然头脑开窍，一个思路出来了，一个问题解决了，那种成就感、兴奋感是不言而喻的。

　　3.试讲

　　我一共进行了两次试讲，每次大约20分钟。第一次试讲讲的是课本内容，，另一次使讲解课后作业。3月22日，我在初一六班进行了一次试讲。上课内容是Starter Unit4：what’s this in English?由于第一次上课没有太多经验，我在教学风格上部分模仿了我的指导老师，此外也添加一些自己的内容。比如，为了吸引学生的兴趣，我将简笔画与口语练习相结合，并以此复习学生们已经学过的单词。我的第一次试讲取得了较好的效果，指导老师也给予了肯定。当然，还是存在一些不足，比如，由于紧张，我犯了一个口头错误，在让学生做练习的时候少加了一句重要的句型。在课堂后，我在教室后面检查板书，发现板书格式不太规范。在与指导老师以及其他几位听课老师交流后，我将自己的优缺点都记下，为下次讲课做改进。

　　由于高中学生在英语学习方面有了一定的词汇积累、阅读经验以及掌握了一些基本的语法规则，使他们已初步具备了将心中所思转化为英语文字的能力。在这个阶段，教师如果通过影像、音乐、语言等多种手段，在学生的作文训练中大力发展学生思维的变通性和独创性，那么，学生想象力的提高将会成为可能。

　　一、利用表象，丰富想象

　　观察图画和实物作文符合英语作文起步阶段需要有一定的情景要求，也符合高中学生有意想象占优势的特点，同时避免了文字情节作文易使学生中译英的缺点，但若每一次训练都是刻板的再现材料，创造想象则难以增长。如果在教学设计时，在图中留有空白，或对实物设置悬念，不仅可以引发学生的好奇心，激发他们对英语作文的兴趣，减轻他们的惧怕心理，而且可以促使学生通过创造性的想象去填补空白，解决悬念。

　　如Senior BookⅠ,Unit 3中的“Help! Help!”，可按发展顺序设计几幅救落水儿童的图，但只给学生展示第一、二两幅图，图画的内容大致与课文内容相同，但是后几幅的空白，使学生必须通过创造性的想象才能填补材料的空白。学生可以引用课文中的材料，也可以自由发挥。有学生这样写到：

　　Last week, we had a picnic in Forest Park. We found a shady place by the river. As soon as we had sat down, Tom suddenly got up and shouted,“Someone has fallen into the river!" It was true. 　　之后，再给学生展示其中一幅图，或一句话的情景：……,a man/a woman/a child, etc. has fallen into the river/the lake, etc.……。让学生自由选择自由发挥。有的根据曾在报上看到的新闻，称颂一身怀六甲的妇女勇救落水儿童的事迹，也有的谴责那些对落水者无动于衷的旁观者。学生的作文体裁记叙文、议论文不限。这样，既训练了他们书面的'表达能力，又发挥了他们的想象和创造能力、思维表达能力。同时也让他们思索了做人的道理。

　　二、精选图画，激发想象

　　处于英语作文起步阶段的学生的想象具有直观性，片面性和模仿性的特点，为其提供的观察材料越具体、越完整、越详实，他们的这些特点往往表现得越明显，有时甚至强化了他们的这些特点。换个方式，为他们提供一些抽象的图画，他们的创造想象反而被激活，因为他们必须在原有的图画上进行创造才可能有新的形象产生。而“抽象画作品所表现的物象与参照物相差甚远，它最大限度地把形与色对视觉作用的潜力发挥出来，直观效果非常强烈。它经过夸张、简化、分解、组合等变化手段，将客观事物的表象创造成为富于想象力。”如荷兰画家蒙德里安的表达百老汇街道的嘈杂与热闹的《百老汇爵士》(Jazz in Broadway)是一幅看上去比较抽象的图画，学生通过观察、运用合理的想象，写出了内容各异的作品。
